Getting a patient card

To be issued a patient card, go to the reception desk in the central hall of WZA. To be issued a card, you will need identification and proof of Insurance.

How do I get to the outpatient clinic?

• Check the digital map on this website.
• If you have trouble finding it, our hospitality staff members will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Hospitalization

We will call you to inform you of your admission date. There is no need for you to contact the Admission department about the admission date.

Postpone the surgery?

If you have a bad cold right, a fever or an infectious disease shortly before the admission date, please contact the preoperative clinic. The surgery may have to be postponed.
